Illinois Science & Technology Coalition (ISTC) has selected university researchers whose research efforts have had significant impacts in their fields, from advancing new treatments in medicine and tackling cancer to revolutionizing computing and shaping new technologies in the 21st century. Prof. Wenbin Lin, Founder and Chairman of RiMO Therapeutics, was featured in ISTC’s first annual list of “Researchers to Know” for his pioneering work in designing functional materials based on metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), particularly for discovering MOF materials to enhance X-ray radiotherapy on the bench side and bringing them to the bed side to treat cancer patients.
